That was bad enough but then they misrepresented timelines horribly and took no responsibility for an obvious issue with the product. Got the manufacturer to back her up with statement that there couldn't possibly be anything wrong with the filter. Sent picture and everything, no joy. You get what you pay for. Saved $5 on the filter and it cost me $200 to fix the pump. Unacceptable customer service. Can't stay in business that way.
